Short Paragraph on My Dream Garden

My dream garden is a beautiful place full of flowers, trees and happiness. In my dream, I have a garden in front of my house, full of roses, sunflowers, marigolds and lilies of many colours. There are fruit trees like mango, guava and jackfruit, and their sweet smell fills the air. In the middle of the garden there is a small pond with red and white water lilies. I sit under a big banyan tree in the afternoon and read my favourite story books. The birds come and sing in the branches, and the butterflies dance on the flowers. My dream garden has a small bench where my father reads the newspaper and my mother waters the plants. In the evening we all sit in the garden and enjoy the cool breeze. I want my garden to be clean and green, so I will plant more trees and take care of them every day. A garden gives us fresh air, good food and peace of mind, so I will try my best to make my dream garden real.

Man is a child of nature, and a garden is the nearest place where nature shows its full beauty. My dream garden is a place of peace, colour and life, where I will go whenever I feel tired of the noisy world. In my imagination, the garden surrounds my house from three sides, and a green fence of hibiscus bushes keeps it safe. Flower beds of rose, marigold, dahlia, sunflower and jasmine will fill the air with fragrance, while the fruit trees – mango, jackfruit, guava and litchi – will give us shade and sweet fruits in season. A small pond in the corner, covered with water lilies and lotus, will add to the beauty, and a few ducks will swim in it. In the centre there will be a small thatched cottage where I will keep my books, and on the wall I will hang my paintings of nature. Every morning I will water the plants, and in the afternoon I will sit under the banyan tree with a book. The birds, the butterflies and even the bees will be my friends. My dream garden will also have a vegetable patch where we will grow spinach, brinjal and tomatoes for our family. The garden will give us fresh air, pure oxygen, cool shade and food, and it will be a shelter for many birds and insects. I believe that a garden is the best school of patience, because a gardener learns to wait for the flower to bloom. When I grow up, I will certainly create this garden of my dreams and make the earth greener and more beautiful.
