Short Paragraph on a Day at the Beach

Last summer, my family went to Cox’s Bazar, and I spent a wonderful day at the beach. The beach is a long stretch of golden sand that meets the blue sea. When we reached there in the morning, the sun was shining brightly, and the sea breeze was cool and fresh. The waves rolled towards the shore one after another, making a soft sound. I took off my shoes and walked on the warm sand, and it felt very soft under my feet. I collected many beautiful shells of different colours and shapes. The water was very clear, and small crabs ran sideways on the wet sand. Many people were bathing in the sea, and some children were building sandcastles. I also went into the water with my father, and the waves splashed on my face. It was great fun. Boats were sailing far away in the sea, and seagulls flew over our heads crying loudly. In the afternoon we ate fresh fish and drank coconut water. The sunset at the beach was the most beautiful sight of the day. As the sun went down, the whole sky turned orange and pink. That day at the beach was one of the happiest days of my life.

A day at the beach is one of the most delightful experiences that anyone can have, and last summer I enjoyed such a day at Cox’s Bazar, the longest sea beach in the world. We reached the beach early in the morning, when the sun was just rising over the blue water and painting the sky in shades of gold and orange. The first thing that caught my eye was the endless stretch of golden sand, smooth and soft, stretching as far as the eye could see. The cool sea breeze touched my face, and the rhythmic sound of the waves breaking on the shore filled the air. I walked barefoot along the water’s edge, and each wave rushed over my feet and then pulled back, leaving wet sand and tiny shells behind. I collected shells of many colours, some white, some pink and some striped, and filled my pockets with them. The beach was full of life. Children were building sandcastles, young people were playing volleyball and fishermen were dragging their boats to the shore with their morning catch. I went into the sea with my father, and the big waves lifted us up and down, which was both thrilling and refreshing. Far away, small boats bobbed on the horizon, and seagulls circled above, crying as they dived for fish. At noon we rested under an umbrella and enjoyed fresh fried fish and sweet coconut water. The most beautiful moment of the day came at sunset, when the sun slowly sank into the sea and the sky turned orange, pink and purple. The whole beach looked like a picture. The memory of that day taught me how beautiful nature is and how happy simple pleasures can make us. It was truly a day at the beach that I will never forget.
