Short Paragraph on What Do You Do in Your School

I go to school every day because I love to learn new things. In my school I do many activities from morning to afternoon. When I reach school, I first go to my classroom and put my bag on my desk. Then I say a short prayer with my friends in the assembly. Our teachers take classes in subjects like Bangla, English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science. I listen to the teachers carefully and write down important points in my notebook. In the tiffin break I eat with my friends and we share our food happily. Sometimes I ask questions when I do not understand a lesson. Our school has a library, and I often borrow story books to read at home. In the afternoon we have games period twice a week, and I play cricket and badminton with my classmates. I also help my friends with their sums and take part in drawing competitions. My teachers always tell us to be punctual and honest. I feel happy in school because I meet my friends and learn so many new things there. I want to become a good student and make my school proud.

School is the second home of a student, and it is the place where we spend a large part of our day. In my school I try to spend every moment in a useful way so that I can learn and grow. My day at school starts with the morning assembly, where we stand in rows and sing the national anthem. After the assembly we go to our classrooms, and the first period usually begins with attendance. Our teachers teach us different subjects, and I always try to sit in the front bench so that I can follow the lessons clearly. I take down notes, ask questions, and solve the practice sums given in the textbook. I believe that active participation in class is very important because it helps me to understand a topic deeply and remember it for a long time. During the tiffin break I eat with my friends, and we often discuss the lessons and share jokes to refresh our minds. I am a member of our school science club, and on Fridays we conduct small experiments in the laboratory. I also help arrange the annual sports and the cultural programme, because such activities teach us teamwork and leadership. In the afternoon I attend my coaching classes for extra practice in mathematics and English. Our school also gives importance to cleanliness and discipline, and I always keep my desk and the classroom neat. My class teacher often says that a student who works well in school becomes a good citizen later. I follow her advice and try to be regular, polite, and hardworking. The school library is my favourite place, and I spend my free periods there reading magazines and newspapers. At the end of the day I take part in the cleaning duty with my classmates and then return home with a happy mind. I am grateful to my teachers because they guide me at every step, and I believe that the good habits I am learning in school will help me all through my life.
