My Favourite Game Paragraph

Cricket is my favourite game. It is a very popular game all over the world, and people in Bangladesh love it very much. I play cricket almost every day in the afternoon with my friends. We play in the open field near our house.

Cricket is played between two teams. Each team has eleven players. There are batsmen, bowlers, fielders and a wicketkeeper. The bowlers bowl the ball and the batsmen try to score runs. The team that scores more runs wins the match. In our street version of the game, we use a tennis ball and a simple bat.

I like cricket because it is full of fun and excitement. It keeps my body active and my mind sharp. It also teaches me the value of team spirit, patience and discipline. When I bat, I feel very happy and confident. When I bowl well, my friends clap for me.

Cricket is not only a game for me; it is my passion. I want to play well and make my school proud. My favourite game has taught me that success comes only through practice and hard work.

However, I always remember that games should not harm our studies. So I play cricket only in my free time, after completing my homework. My favourite game has taught me the lesson of hard work and patience. I dream of becoming a good cricketer one day and serving my country with my bat. Cricket will always remain my best-loved game.
