Short Paragraph on My Cousin Brother

I have a cousin brother named Rahim. He is my uncle’s son and he is only one year older than me. We live in the same village, so we get to meet almost every day. He is my best friend and my favourite companion.

Rahim is a very nice boy. He is tall and smart, and he always wears a smile on his face. He studies in class seven in a nearby high school. He is very good at drawing and he loves to tell funny stories. Whenever I go to his house, we play cricket, fly kites and share our meals together.

He is very caring and helpful. When I get a low mark in my class test, he sits with me and explains the lessons patiently. He never makes fun of my mistakes. He also helps our old grandmother with her daily work.

I am very lucky to have such a good cousin brother. We promise to stay friends forever. He is like a real brother to me, and I love him very much.

My cousin brother Rahim is one of the most important persons in my life. He is the son of my uncle, and he is just one year older than me. We were born in the same village and we grew up together like two real brothers. From our childhood, we have shared our joys, sorrows and secrets with each other.

Rahim is a handsome and cheerful boy. He has a fair complexion and a bright smile that never fades. He is a student of class nine in a well-known high school. He is the captain of his school cricket team, and his drawing of the national flag once won the first prize in a school competition.

What makes him special is his kind nature. He is always ready to help others. When my father was out of the station, Rahim came to our house every evening to help me with my lessons. He taught me mathematics and English very patiently. He also helps the poor children of our village to learn their alphabet. Everyone in our locality loves him for his politeness and good behaviour.

We have many sweet memories together. In summer we catch fish in the nearby canal, and in winter we make a small campfire in the field and tell stories at night. We also collect ripe mangoes from the village trees and share them with our friends. Whenever we quarrel, we make up within a few minutes, because we cannot remain angry with each other for long.

I feel very proud to have a cousin brother like Rahim. He is my guide, my friend and my protector. He always encourages me to do good work and keeps me away from bad habits. I pray for his bright future. Truly, a good cousin brother is one of the greatest gifts of life.
